I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW
You want to do ALL THE THINGS
for ALL THE PEOPLE
BUT, that will set you up for failure SUPER QUICK.
Not to mention the BURN-OUT that will inevitably hit you at the worst possible time.
I've been a Virtual Assistant for over 17 years now. If you do the math, (please don't) you would know that I started my VA business when no one knew WTH a VA was, let alone was in the market to hire one.
It took a lot of talking to people, connecting with business owners and explaining (oh gosh the constant EXPLAINING) about how I could help them in their business without actually being in the office with them.
It was BRUTAL!
Now, you mention hiring a VA to a business owner and they know exactly what you're talking about. Here's where the next problem comes in.
WHAT can you do for them?
VA's these days need to specialize in something. That doesn't mean you can't offer general administrative tasks but, most business owners are looking for a specific skill-set in the VA they hire.
Now, I'm not looking to hire anyone on to help my clients and I am not going to help you find clients or a job but, I am a firm believer in paying it forward.
If you would like like the opportunity to have a seasoned VA mentor you as you start on your VA journey- COMPLETELY FREE- I'd love to help.
